Jesus Driven Was Gifted With ArtiPad and BTMobile Units and is Already Putting them To Use

The charity Jesus Driven has already put to use the two new tools that TOPDON USA has donated to the non-profit recently. The entity provides automotive repairs and other vehicle services to low-income individuals and families living in and near Goodhue County, Minnesota. TOPDON gifted Jesus Driven an ArtiPad, for more complex diagnostic and repair, as well as a BTMobile battery tester.

According to the non-profit's founder, George Gabrielson, the BTMobile has helped him test various batteries this winter to identify beforehand which ones wouldn't endure cold weather and replace them before they failed on a client. "I really like how it automatically saves a report on the battery, so I can look back and send a client a screenshot," he says.

The ArtiPad, on the other hand, has enabled him to fix at least four vehicles recently. This tool allowed him to perform code reading and relearning procedures, ABS bleeding, as well as more advanced diagnostics. "I recently replaced a transmission on a 2010 Chevy Traverse for a client, saving her over $100 by performing the shift adapt reset with the ArtiPad. It was super quick and easy, but I simply would not have been able to do it without the bidirectional capability of the scan tool", explains Gabrielson.
